Long Term Parking Options at Denver Airport

For Denver International Airport long term parking, the primary choices are the Economy Parking Lots, Pikes Peak Parking Lot, and the 61st and Peña Lot. There are several off-site parking options surrounding the airport offering very competitive rates, as well.

Economy Lots

The West Economy Lot and the East Economy Lot are located just beyond the West Garage and the East Garage, respectively. This is popular choice for travelers needing long term parking because it is conveniently located and offers a very economical price. Rates for the Economy Lots start at $5 per hour, up to $17 per day. Free shuttles provide quick transport to the Jeppesen Terminal for your convenience. Shuttles continuously circle the airport, so a new one arrives approximately every 10 minutes. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the Jeppesen Terminal and only 5-7 minutes by shuttle bus.

Pikes Peak Parking Lot

Pikes Peak is the official airport shuttle lot, offering affordable rates for parking near the Denver Airport. Shuttles operate 24 hours a day, with new shuttles arriving every 15 minutes to pick up departing passengers. If you are looking for affordable long term parking at the Denver Airport, then Pikes Peak is a great choice. Pikes Peak Lot charges $8.00 a day, $56 for 7 days, and $240 for 30 days. However, be aware that this parking lot is often overcrowded, so overflow parking is directed towards the Mt. Elbert Shuttle Lot. Check availability before you leave.

61st and Peña Lot

DIA's 61st and Pena Lot is located 10 miles from the airport and is connected via the RTD's University of Colorado A-Line. This train is the only transit service to the airport, there is no shuttle bus that services the 61st and Pena Lot. Once you have parked, pre-pay your parking fees for the length of your stay using through the PayByPhone parking app. If you need to extend your stay, you can pay for the extra charges via the mobile app. Rates are $3 per 12 hours and $6 per 24 hours, plus a convenience fee of $0.13 for each transaction. The A-Line Commuter Train ticket costs $10.50 one-way, per person. Be aware that if your car is parked in excess of the time you have paid for, then your vehicle is subject to be ticketed.
